All deliveries to mainland UK are free of charge for orders of £200 and above. For orders below £200 there is a small charge of £7.00.

Orders Received by 12pm for in stock items will be despatched same day Tuesday - Friday (we are closed monday).

Responsibility
for ownership of the goods passes to purchaser once we have delivered
them.
Upon receiving your item please sign for as "Unchecked" therefore
if the item has been damaged in transit we can claim for it off the
courier.
Unless otherwise advised, delivery will be made by a fully-insured courier service, within normal business hours. Damages/shortages must be notified within 3 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are currently only shipping to a limited number of countries. However, we are happy to deliver to other countries, so if your country is not listed please contact us for exact shipping cost details.
VAT is charged at 20% for all orders within the EU, for all orders outside the UK VAT is not charged.

Warranty Returns
New items come with a minimum 12 month warranty against manufacturer defect. Pre Owned items have a 3 month warranty (excluding valves).
Goods collected and deemed to be faulty within the 30 day period can either be repaired, fully refunded, or exchanged for another product.
Certain manufacturers offer extended warranties which will be enclosed with the product, these usually require you to supply a copy of your proof of purchase.
Online Returns
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, any goods can be returned for any reason within 14 days for a refund. Special orders are not eligible for a refund.
All Returned goods must be in their original condition, packaging and be in same re-sellable condition. Please contact us before returning.
Please note, all return carriage costs are to be covered by the customer
If you are organising the return shipment yourself please notify us with the tracking information.
For UK Mainland customers we can arrange collection for the following costs. £20 (pedals & parts), £40 (guitars) and £60 (amps & cabs)
In Store Sales
In store sales are not subject to Distance Sellings Regulations. Faulty goods can be returned for a full refund. Non faulty items returned in original condition may be exchanged or a credit note can be issued at our discretion.
